What is the Train Pull
The train pull
consists of a team of twenty people grasping a rope to see how fast and far
they can pull a real, live, working, locomotive built back in 1952!!!Each pull
is truly an attempt for a new world record!! To our knowledge, there is only
one other event like it in the world held in

Why...
That's simple,
to raise funds for the people who have Autism and other developmental
disabilities. For now there are too few services in South East Ohio and
families have to travel too far to get the help they need. HAVAR INC has
committed to changing that and creating new services, facilities and trained staff.
All this is necessary to help battle a condition that now affects almost 1
child of every 150 and has grown a staggering 2300 % in Ohio since the last
census*..and we need your help! We are pulling a 270 ton train after all*it
takes a team!
Here is how the fund raising works!
- Each team consists of twenty
members, men and women alike, of all ages.
- Each member is asked to raise
a minimum of $25.00 dollars for the entry fee, (This is a minimum.)
- A complete team entry fee is only $500 dollars.
All funds that
are raised stay in

It's easy, you
can choose to enter a team
from your office, or you may choose to sponsor some of your friends, family or
